Top 5 free fonts for fad-tastic web design
Lets quickly go through Hell Yeah Dude!’s top 5 free fonts that designers might find useful for creating those oh-so-faddy web designs.
1. Cicle

Cicle is thin, crisp, and easy to read. I use Cicle in many of the Hell Yeah Dude! designs, although in the future I think something a little more bold may be what I am craving.

2. District Thin

While I don’t prefer the “R’s” that district thin has created, I think that if your project might benefit from it. Very thin once again, but possibly useful in a news style website looking to differ themselves from other news styles.

3. Non Serif

A little more bold, but still easily manipulated to work well with your web design. I could easily see this being sIFR’d in some upcoming designs.

4. Revalo

While I hate the way the “T” looks, I do like the elongated font with easily manipulation. Possibly useful to many of the “solid” bordered web designers out there.

5. FF Good Wide Light

Love this font, you can be really creative with it, the “G” stands out among many font faces. I personally liked using FF Good on headlines.

Pssst, some of these fonts are not new! But, this a good reference list! Don’t like the way some of them are looking? Try playing with the letter-spacing and leading, you might find a new font!

Nice selection there Patrick.
I quite enjoy FF Good Wide Light. Will have to add that to my 5,000 other fonts and forget about it just as quickly.
